Full-Scope Mechanical Systems for Commercial Projects

Mechanical construction is the heart of what Kahn Mechanical has done since 1974. While our service teams keep existing buildings running, our construction crews build the systems inside new towers, medical facilities, industrial plants, and major renovations across the Metroplex. This is large-scale work: central plants, whole-building air distribution, and the piping that ties it all together.

We deliver projects two ways. In design-build, we take responsibility for both engineering and construction under one contract, aligning budget and schedule early and giving you a single point of accountability. In plan-and-spec, we build to the design your engineer and architect provide, bidding competitively and executing to the drawings. Either way, we self-perform the mechanical work rather than passing it down a chain of subcontractors.

Our scope covers HVAC systems, central chiller and boiler plants, hydronic and process piping, sheet metal and ductwork, mechanical rooms, and tenant finish-outs, integrated with the building automation controls that run them.
