A building automation system, or BAS, connects your HVAC, mechanical, and related building systems to a central platform you can see and control from anywhere. We build these systems on direct digital control, or DDC, where microprocessor-based controllers manage equipment precisely and consistently. DDC does not just switch equipment on and off. It modulates dampers, valves, and variable speed drives to hold exact conditions, sequences equipment for efficiency, and logs everything so patterns become visible over time. The result is tighter comfort, lower energy use, and fewer surprises.
