Built in 1955 and standing beside the iconic Cotton Bowl Stadium, Fair Park Coliseum has hosted generations of Texans, everything from hockey and basketball to rodeos and stock shows. It is a piece of Dallas history, and history like that deserves to keep going strong.
Kahn Mechanical led a full mechanical renovation to bring the venue's systems into the modern era. Working within the constraints of a nearly 70-year-old building, we replaced the mechanical heart of the coliseum, from the boiler and piping to the air handlers and distribution, so it can keep filling its stands in comfort for decades to come.
