Kahn Mechanical grew and became well known in the commercial and industrial community across Dallas-Fort Worth. Fred Kahn moved in 1989 to lead Guardian Power Cleaning, another family business. At that point, Ann Kahn assumed management of Kahn Mechanical. Today the company is led by Charlotte Kahn as President and Josh Kahn as Visionary, carrying the family tradition into its second generation.
Kahn Mechanical Contractors employs a team of NATE-certified field service technicians, installation mechanics, and project managers serving commercial properties across Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, and the surrounding area. We handle commercial HVAC repair, preventive maintenance contracts, mechanical construction, building automation systems, and commercial kitchen services for office buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare centers, restaurants, and data centers throughout the DFW metroplex.
