ANN KAHN, President, has been active in the business since its inception,
first as Controller and since 1989 as President. She was the first woman to qualify for the Texas Air
Conditioning Contractors License and currently is Immediate Past President of the North Texas Chapter
Air Conditioning Contractors of America. She is Past President of the Community Services Foundation
and has served on the City of Dallas Building Inspection Advisory Examining & Appeals Board
and the Stemmons Corridor Business Association Board of Directors.

JOSH KAHN, Vice-President, literally grew up in the air conditioning business.
He has served on the North Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of America Board of Directors as well as
numerous State and local industry related technician training and certification committees.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Dallas Habitat for Humanity, is the Chairman of
the Board of Governors for the Oncor Energy Air Conditioning Installation Market Transformation Program
and is Past President of the Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of America and the Community Services Foundation.
Josh also holds a Texas Air Conditioning Contractors license.

DENNY RODGERS, Technical Consultant, also holds a Texas Air Conditioning Contractors license. His background is in the installation end of our business, and we are very proud of his expertise in airside/piping design and fabrication. He received his training in the local Sheetmetal Union and worked for Dallas Air Conditioning before coming to Kahn Mechanical in 1975.

DENNIS BRISBON, Service Manager, has been with the Company since 1988. He is an example of Company policy which encourages development of career paths for our employees. Starting as a Helper, he soon proved his knowledge, skills, and leadership in the installation side of the business and moved to Lead Technician. Since 2001, he has managed technical projects and directed our Service Technicians.

ANITA TOBIAS, Accounting, joined the Company in 1992. Her people and accounting skills are ever present and appreciated by customers, vendors and fellow employees.

MARGIE PANNELL, Dispatcher, has been with the Company since 2002. Her job is to get the right technician to every job, on time, every time. She handles this task graciously, always considerate of the customers' needs.

CHARLOTTE KAHN, Payroll/Human Resources, utilizes her attention to detail in keeping up with the hundreds of time records flowing through our operation each week. She also is responsible for all the records related to continuing education, safety, and communciation as a team.

JAMES JERNIGAN, Field Supervisor/Project Manager, joined our team in March of 2009. James has extensive experience in employee supervision, project management, and is NICET certified in Construction Technology. He works diligently to coordinate efforts between Kahn Mechanical employees, our customers, and our subcontractors to meet project demands, and to assure quality workmanship.

MELISSA FERRER, Project Assistant, has been with the company since early 2009. She assists Estimators and Project Managers with the administrative aspects of our construction department, from the bidding process through project completion. She helps ensure that equipment, materials and products meet the customer’s specific requirements and works with site supervision to facilitate effective, accurate project documents and record keeping.
