Ann Kahn, President

Ann has been active in the business since its inception, first as Controller and since 1989 as President. She was the first woman to qualify for the Texas Air Conditioning Contractors License and served as President of the North Texas Chapter Air Conditioning Contractors of America in 1985 and 2005.  She is also Past President of the Community Services Foundation and has served on the City of Dallas Building Inspection Advisory Examining & Appeals Board, the Stemmons Corridor Business Association Board of Directors, and many non profit and service related boards.

Josh Kahn, Vice-President

Josh literally grew up in the air conditioning business. He is Past President of the Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of America and the Community Services Foundation, and has served on the Board of Directors for Dallas Habitat for Humanity, the North Texas Chapter Air Conditioning Contractors of America, as well as numerous State and local industry related technician training and certification committees.  He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Oncor Energy Air Conditioning Installation Market Transformation Program. Josh holds a Texas Air Conditioning Contractors license.

Charlotte Kahn, Payroll/Human Resources

Charlotte utilizes her attention to detail in keeping up with the hundreds of time records flowing through our operation each week. She also is responsible for all the records related to continuing education, safety, and communication as a team.

Mark Mikes, Service Group Leader

Mark has served as our Service Group Leader since 2014. He started his HVAC career in 1988 as an apprentice installer and transitioned to a commercial service technician. After 12 years as a service technician, he became service manager for 5 years at a national service company. Mark then transitioned to commercial sales for the next 10 years before joining Kahn Mechanical.

Dennis Brisbon, Service Manager

Dennis has been with the Company since 1988. He is an example of Company policy which encourages development of career paths for our employees. Starting as a Helper, he soon proved his knowledge, skills, and leadership in the installation side of the business and moved to Lead Technician. Since 2001, he has managed technical projects and directed our Service Technicians.

Mike Faulkner, Building Management Controls Systems Leader

Mike started at Kahn Mechanical in 2015 as the Building Management Controls Systems Leader. He began his HVAC career in 1972 while attending high school. During his senior year, he went to school half a day and was working at an air conditioning company performing commercial systems startups and service work. He founded Building Controls in 1988. Mike went on to work for a major HVAC/Controls manufacturer performing controls commissioning for national accounts and moved into controls upgrade and service sales.

David Mansour, Construction Coordinator

David joined the Kahn team in April, 2011, bringing to our company a wealth of knowledge in production planning and operations.  A graduate of UT Dallas, David has spent the bulk of his professional career in the textile industry.  His purchasing skills provide a smooth transition from contract implementation to completion.

Brian Limbaugh, Project Superintendent

Brian came to Kahn Mechanical in 1990 with no experience in the industry, but with a lot of enthusiasm and technical skills. Starting as a helper in the Installation Department, Brian is another example of the company’s policy of encouraging career path development. He soon became a Lead Technician and today is one of our most able leaders.

James Jernigan, Field Supervisor/
Project Manager

James joined our team in March of 2009. James has extensive experience in employee supervision, project management, and is NICET certified in Construction Technology. He works diligently to coordinate efforts between Kahn Mechanical employees, our customers, and our subcontractors to meet project demands and to assure quality workmanship.

Justin Ross,
Construction Project Manager

Justin started his professional journey in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Machinist’s Mate. After 10+ years of military service, he completed his engineering degree. Following that, Justin started in mechanical contracting as an estimator, and then moved into operations. He quickly worked his way from Project Engineer up to Project Manager, and after a short stint with a local General Contractor, Justin joined Kahn Mechanical in January of 2016
